Product Description
Make biscotti at home just like the Italians do. This unusual specialty pan from Chicago Metallic is the perfect size and shape for biscotti with inside measurements of 5 by 11 1/2 by 2 inches. Solidly constructed of heavy gauge aluminized steel, the pan has folded corners for strength and a reinforced rim that prevents warping. Dishwasher safe. 10 year warranty.

Very heavy duty and more durable than typical cookie sheet. Very pleased with the product and the outcome of my biscotti. Highly recommended.

After receiving these pans I am once again convinced Chicago Metallic makes a great product. Heavy duty, perfect size for baking terrific biscotti. Although, there are many items that can be baked in this pan! I truly recommend the product.

This pan is a durable, heavy duty baking pan. The size is perfect for the task. The interior coating makes it easy to remove baked items and clean.

I'm very pleased with this pan! I purchased two. You don't have to struggle with shaping the biscotti dough; the pan does all the work.
