| Editorial Reviews:
Product Description This dinnerware recalls artisan pottery with its simple shapes and earth toned glaze effects. Rustic blues and reds mingle with browns and neutrals forming an unusual palette with unexpected variety. Please note: variations in surface and glaze are intrinsic to handcrafted stoneware and no two pieces are exactly the same.

Square baker October 7, 2009 annie (MO) Very handy, I use this all the time it is the correct size for two of us. Bakes and clean up is easy.
Looks nice February 5, 2010 Mitra (Cleveland, OH USA) It seems what it is supposed to do. I cooked Lasagnia in it and turned out nice. That is too bad that Sango Blue is discontinued. We have all the set for our dinnerware and we bought this because of that.
9 inches square AT THE TOP August 6, 2009 f. (wdc) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I should have realized this, looking at the images but I didn't and hopefully, this will help someone else not make the same mistake. Yes, this dish is 9in square at the top. The bottom, however, is 6.5in square ... not so great for recipes that call for 9in-sq pans, and don't expect the bottom of the pan to be half as big, in sq inches!
Funny how it's hard to find a true, straight-side, 9in pan (at a decent price) and hard to find a recipe that calls for anything but a 9in pan. Maybe I'll find some use for this pan but it won't be brownies. It needs to have a volume measurement ... and the description says, in one place 9in, and in another, 7in - which is probably a better average estimate!
can't withstand the heat July 21, 2008 likes to cook (Clarksburg, MD United States) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Looks good, but broke after a year while in the stove. Made a big mess. I gave it two stars because I like the look and how it was easy to clean.
