I selected this coffee bean grinder among others I had looked at because of the cast iron works and the porcelain bin. The cast iron grinder is easy to adjust for different grinds, from very coarse to extremely fine and is faster than most hand crank grinders I have used. Unlike the wooden box grinders, the porcelain base allows for airtight storage for extra ground beans. The coffee grinder is larger than I pictured from the photograph which was an added bonus. The product arrived in 3 days (due to the weekend), and the seller included plenty of information with the product. I am very pleased with this purchase.
